The initial service was adequate. However, there were problems with the plants put in the ground, and alterations were needed, but my several telephone calls and emails were never responded to by this provider. They took my money and never came back to fix the problems. i never heard from them again.

He installed items which we did not request, and several plants died without being replaced. Furthermore, he left the hose for my waterfall running which caused nearly $1100 to be added to my water bill. He also made an unauthorized charge with my credit card. When cleaning up the area, he removed several plants without letting us know. Ultimately, he never responded to my emails about the water bill or the replacement of the dead plants.
