They do a good job. He has been coming every two weeks. This is 1.2 acres and he charges $75 a visit. So it's $150 a month because we just have them every two weeks. He is very reasonable. My husband put in a sprinkler system and sometimes he has his blade a little lower and so he has had to replace a couple of sprinkler heads. That's the only problem we've had. He does a nice job. He is easy to talk to and he does what you ask him to. He just needs to raise the blade.

We were very unhappy with the service. He originally quoted us at $40 a week, and said he would occasionally have to double mow which would incur additional costs. However, he started charging us for double mowing every single week. My husband noticed that he wasn't double mowing at all, and then confronted Randy, to which he admitted that he falsely charged us for the additional service due to the fact that he felt we were located too far away for his work; thus charging us for his quote/unquote "inconvenience."

It went very smoothly for me. Since it was all outdoors I just went to work as usual. He came, did the work, and sent me a bill for it.

The owner of Smith Care, Randy Smith, does a very professional job and has worked on my lawn for about five years. I trust his judgment and his expertise. He mows and edges weekly as needed during the spring, summer and fall, purchases and places mulch, weeds and does all the seasonal clean ups. I really like knowing that Randy will take care of it for me if it needs to be taken care of! He also does plowing in the winter, and he came to my rescue this winter during the snowstorm that shut down MSU.

IT went well. I'm happy with the yard outcome. THe worker accidently sprayed some bushes that were damaged or killed, and the supervisor came out to the house, met me, and admitted the damage, and completely offered to take care of it. I was very happy with his response and professionalism and the outcome of a plan for correcting problem, as well as the work in taking care of lawn.
