Very disappointed with the results. The first draft of the plan incorporated very little of the style or look we requested. A second attempt still missed the mark. We are left with an unworkable plan, at a rather high cost.

They worked quickly and professionally and the results are beautiful. They installed bushes and flowers and even installed an extra small bush on the end when they thought that something was needed in a spot that wasn't anticipated. I am very pleased with the work they did.

Beth, Mark and their crew provided everything we wanted and more. They guided us through the design and selection process not only helping us make good design choices, but also saving us money by vetoing several of my silly ideas. Their knowledge of what plants and features would work well on our lot were spot on as evidenced by how well everything filled out in the spring. We wanted low maintenance landscaping and we got it, although now that our yard looks so good, working to keep it that way is actually not a burden. Beth's design is colorful with enough variety to make it attractive and enough simplicity to make it manageable.  
The crew onsite was thorough and professional, taking time to explain the work they were doing and, thus, preventing me from screwing it up once they left. Beth and Mark visited the site regularly and were eager to stop by when I had questions.
We've done considerable work on our house in the last few years (siding, roofing, painting, new garage, much interior remodeling) and Landmark's work is like the jewel in the crown.

Beth and mark were very personable and professional. They were punctual, and their crew arrived at the appointed time as well. Beth and mark came with the crew and went over the job, and introduced me to the foremen of the projects to be completed . the crew worked efficiently and well...We will definitely work with them again. We do not have a final bill, and I expect that their price might be on the high end, but they are well worth the expense.

Good job in mowing, fair job in trimming and poor job in edging.  Fair in trimming, as some trees were never touched in trimming.  At the initial edging, an additional charge was added for clean-up after the initial edging.  It was not done.  No evidence of the initial up charge for edging and the edging was never done the walkway to the front door.  

  I requested a personal review of job performance by management.  I never received a telephone call regarding my issue or when someone would be present to discuss my concern.

No response, I thus terminated the service within 3 weeks, due to fair to poor service, failure to respond to my request.

We felt comfortable with the proposal of their price and their service. Their quality was superb. Their professionalism exceeded our expectations. They were great.

Kept in touch as to when they would start due to weather uncertainties and back ups with other weather dependent contracts. Job was done in one day and there were follow up calls about my satisfaction.
 Sent a notice in late winter with updated pricing for spring/summer lawn services, and it was an ala carte, so we could pick and choose and leave comments on what we'd like to focus on.
She (Beth) always calls and returns calls throughout the process.

Fall cleanup.  All leaves, twigs and branches were removed.  They came in under estimate.  I originally wanted year-round service, but I'm too far outside their "circle of business" with regards to snow-plowing service.  Consequently, I will not do business with them again.

It turned out really well. I was very pleased. We used existing materials, with the exception of the limestone. Mark was very professional and informative about how the work would be done, because I used existing blocks that I had. The crew was very polite and professional, and they even did a few extra lifting jobs for me while they were here.

Lawncare, landscaping

Weekly trimming grass and edges being done for 3 years every summer. Very neat and punctual. Their price was the be

excellent!  Beth worked with me to synchronize the timing of the lawn installation and landscaping with construction of a deck and fence that was done around the same time.  The crew came out and removed old mulch over a large area, graded and seeded.  They transplanted plants from the old areas to new areas that Beth thought would look nice and they do!  A few days after the work was done, Beth came and did an inspection and sent the crew back to redo a few areas where she felt the work was not up to the company's standards.  She has been great about answering all my questions and following up.  I give them my highest recommendation

They were the best company I have ever dealt with. They were on time and did everything as promised. They went over the plan with me and made some modifications and were receptive to my ideas. They did a beautiful job and had a great design. They promised to get it done in two weeks, and were able to get it done in that time.

Beth and Mark (the owners of Landmark Landscaping) came out to investigate and see why we were getting water in our basement.  They asked questions, they inspected the sight, and they came up with a game plan to divert the water away from the house.  The contract was sent to us and signed, but, they would not collect any money until the contract was received and the job scheduled...and then only requested a half payment.  They did not want to hold onto our money until the job was started.  Their game plan worked well.  The water was diverted away from the house.  Their was one problem however...one of the reasons the water was staying around the house was the sump pump was not routed far enough away from the house when the house was built 20 years ago.  The water was pumped out, and then it would just seep back into the ground and back into the basement.  When they routed it farther away from the house, it was flooding the popups in the ground that Landmark recently installed.  When I called them, their response was very quick as they were eager to resolve the problem.  They came back out and met with me and reinspected the area again.  They came up with a gameplan to reroute the sump water away from the saturated area.  Landmark was there within 4 days to fix the problem and they did not charge me for it  as they included it in the original project. They also seeded the fist area again! 
Great Job Lalndmark Landscaping!  I would highly recommend them to everyone!!!
