She is very good and she does really good work. She is very friendly and personable and she listens. She is good at listening to what my problem is and solving it with me. There are times when she cannot make it. Sometimes she will say she will be here at 9 o’clock, something will happen, and we have to change the appointment.

My living room ceiling was leaking. I appealed to  Alicia  Bleil of Greenspace Design, who has done a lot of work for me in the past (porch design and installation, basement remodel and more). She worked out that my leaking ceiling was caused by an ice dam on the roof which was caused by the miserable lack of insulation in my attic. I discovered that my attic has needed insulation for many years. It always looked OK to me but apparently not!  Other work people had been in the attic but no one mentioned the need for new insulation.  Alicia works well and efficiently. She took  about 2 half days to complete the job and now, no more ice dams over my porch, no more water seeping through my living room ceiling and also a welcome saving on the heating bill.

Working with Alicia is a pleasure. She listens carefully when I explain the problem and takes time to examine, ask questions and propose solutions. Her work is thorough and excellent, her clean-up is always impeccable.  And  the most important trait of all,  Alicia is totally honest and trustworthy. I'd like you to know that this evaluation comes from a  single 70 year old woman who could write a book on the lack of professional respect I have encountered in employing people to maintain and improve my 65 year old home.  I am very glad that  I found Alicia Bleil.
