They did an absolutely wonderful job on all. They were fast, responsive and their prices were very reasonable. They are also very personable, really nice people who are willing to take on any task. I would highly recommend them to anyone for just about any kind of alterations needed.

She could have said my winter jacket needed a new zipper and charge lots
but she said, let me try and replace just the pull as sometimes the
grabber wears out. And for 5 minutes (vs a week without a winter jacket)
and $5.00 she replaced the pull and my jacket zipper never pulls apart
as it did when I brought it in and cost me near nothing.

Both chair and footstool look great! The chair has great sentimental value to my husband, and he couldn't have received a better birthday present.

Kelly did a fantastic job and there was no indication that any tear had ever been there. Her price was also reasonable.

I had to call several times before I got ahold of Kelly personally, but once I did, she was able to set up an appointment promptly. She seems very experienced and appears to have good equipment. I had some difficulty finding an alteration service that could handle a corset, but Kelly listened excellently to exactly what I requested and followed through. The price was also $5 below other tailors'. The finished piece did have some puckered fabric and dangling threads, but overall the quality was good. Unfortunately, when I was already halfway across town to pick up the finished piece, I received a call from Kelly saying she wasn't quite done and could I please reschedule for later that night. She was done by the second appointment, but I wasn't happy about having run around unnecessarily. All told, I'm a particular person, and I'd go to Kelly again.

Kelly's quality of work is astonishing. She has been doing this for many years and I'm always an extremely satisfied. Her prices are very reasonable as well.
