Great - even though it was a small job, they scheduled me for the same day I called. Gave me a verbal estimate on the phone and did not charge any additional. They were prompt, courteous, and explained what they did. I will call them again when I have electrical needs.

Bryan Bach and employees were prompt, courteous and professional both on the phone and in person. I was very happy with the work that was done.

I spoke with Brian about finishing an electrical job that a family member had started but not finished. He quoted me a little higher over the phone then I would have liked but stated he would meet me on the spot at my house to take a look. He was extremely accommodating and reasonable to talk business with. Once there he stated he would knock it out and at this point I just wanted it done even if it cost a bit more than I had planned. He was professional and personable at the same time. He even gave suggestions for future electrical projects and tips to finish the drywall work for my current project. When he finished he ended charging much less then we had discussed over the phone and I couldn't be more pleased. I would strongly recommend Bach Electric for any of your electrical needs.

We always use Bach electric. We have an older home and call Bach with each project. they are punctual, courteous, and professional. I had to put a date a service, we started using Bach in 2008, but have used them since that date, including a current project.

I found them in the phone book. They were the only ones that were available. We called a couple places, and they were the only ones who could come out at that time. The person that we spoke with, Ryan, came out and was very knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose the problem. He got someone out to fix it the next day, and they did a great job. They were actually early.

A huge limb fell off of our neighbor's tree pulling down our main electrical feed and pulling the electrical mast off of our house on a Saturday of course. The power company came out and reconnected the wire to the house, but the mast had to be repaired by an electrician. Bryan came out on Saturday afternoon to access the problem. He suggested that it was attached securely enough for the weekend so he could come back during the week (cheaper) to repair the mast. However, the mast would have to be moved because the power line was running over the garage which is against code. The estimate to just move the mast was $1200, so he suggested that we could also upgrade our service at that time for a little bit more. This allowed us to add power in the garage and prepare for upcoming renovation to our kitchen. The workers arrived on time, worked quickly and accurately and the final bill was slightly less than the estimate! Great job!
