Description of Work: Rob and his crew ripped out carpet, installed 1000+ sq ft of new hardwood blending areas with existing hardwood in the adjoining kitchen, sanded existing hardwood in the kitchen, hallway, and a bathroom, and stained everything to match. |Everything looks great and you can't tell where the new and old wood starts and stops. Every member of the crew was very nice and courteous. The did a great job minimizing the dust and mess and cleaned up what there was when they left. Rob was always available for any questions that we had. Would absolutely recommend.

+ -1 moreGreat service, finished the job in our timeline, very helpful and great quality. One year later, floors are still in great shape--considering we have 3 boys and a large dog. The guys were always nice and helpful, ready to work everyday during the job. They even worked well with our painting crew and communicated with them to figure out a schedule.

Description of Work: Vaughn floors replaced hardwood floors through the house. They laid new boards and stained the boards to their finished colors. This is the second time that I have used this company and they do outstanding work. I would definitely use them again and I would recommend them to everyone.

Workmanship was superior, serious attention to detail...definitely highly recommend (and have already recommended to others). There is still some final work for completion once rest of my kitchen is remodeled: they will return for final coat at that time. Even though truly completed at this time, I felt their punctuality, follow up, and quality work already earned them an A rating.

+ -1 moreTHEY DID REPAIR ON A GIVEN AREA, BUT WE SHOULD HAVE GIVEN THEM A BIGGER AREA TO REPAIR (BECAUSE THE FLOOR IS STILL BUCKLING). I WOULD ALSO TELL SOMEONE TO CHECK THEM OUT FOR A PRICE QUOTE.
