I want to caution other folks about Papa Joe's Appliance Repair. After a recent service appointment, I expressed concerns about their pricing and transparency. I was threatened by the owner who stated that if I leave a negative review online, he will publicly reply with my personal information that they now possess - name, address, phone number, etc. This is not at all how business owners are supposed to behave. After some research, I've found multiple examples of the business owner responding to critical reviews and retaliating by including the customer's private information. I've also found numerous ***FAKE POSITIVE REVIEWS*** posted by accounts created only to review all of the multiple Papa Joe's Appliance Repair "locations". WHAT A SCAM!
