Very punctual and pleasant to deal with. I used Ark Plumbing for a couple of years for a wide variety of inherited plumbing problems and have always been happy. He's a straight shooter.

He came out and inspected the situation; then it was determined that no leak was present, but the wood floor was simply discolored in areas. He did not charge us, as we have used his services in the past, and recommended him to others.
