aWe contacted Reinke's by going to the shop, which is interesting in itself. They have a good-sized display area for a wide variety of fireplaces, mantels, inserts, etc. We described what we wanted, they explained our options in regards to what work it would involve, the price ranges of each choice, and how efficient they would be. They showed us what they had on display that would suit our needs and also what they could order for us. A few days later we made our preliminary decisions and called to have someone come out and look at our house and give us an estimate. Although this is probably a busy time of year. the insert was ordered, installed, and in use in less than a month's time. The store staff and the service tech were all polite and informative and acted professionally at all times, even when our German Shepherd puppy got his nose where it didn't belong. When he left, you couldn't even tell he'd been here, he cleaned up so thoroughly. Price charged for the job was exactly what the estimate read.

Jeff E. was our primary installer.  He was meticulous, pleasant and professional.  It was a bonus that he was tidy and cleaned up after himself at the end of each day.  He was sure to inform us when he would return and if there were any schedule changes.  The install was in phases with the rock wall taking well over a week.  Even so, we felt minimally displaced.  The results are beautiful and the wall is the showcase of our modest lake home.  We really appreciated Jeff's work and would refer him unconditionally!
