Our yellow lab, Katie, was 16 years old and could barely walk. We knew it was time for her, with her best interest in mind. Everyone there was very empathetic for us. Then the following week I took our beagle, Honeybun, in because she had not been eating and was incredibly lethargic. After examining her the doctor told me it wasn't good. She had a mass in her side that was causing internal bleeding. We were going to lose her. He calmly told me we could let nature run it's course, or they could put her to sleep. We decided it was best for her to let her rest. Again the whole crew had such empathy, it helped me get through the visit (as much as it could in a time like this). They even let me use their phone. I insisted on carrying her back to the car myself, and one young girl even went as far as opening my car door for me. In a time as awful as this it helps to have a carrying staff at the clinic. Thank you!

I ADOPTED A 2 YEAR OLD, LAB, SHEPARD MIX FROM THE CLARE COUNTY SHELTER. NOT WANTING ANY UNWANTED PUPPIED RUNNING ALL OVER THE PLACE, HAD HER STAERILIZED AND WAS VERY SATISIFED WITH THE EXAM AND SERVICES RECEIVED. MILLIE (dog"s name) RECOVERD NICELY AND IS A TRUE JOY.
