I hired Pitts Services to deep clean my home and I"m so happy with the excellent job. I'm enjoying my clean home. Kevin and Kristina are very easy to work with, reliable, on-time and very thorough. It was a very professional experience from start to finish. One of our bathrooms is a challenge to clean with the glass walls/door and I was so impressed with how clean and polished it turned out. I used their service for move-out cleaning. There were a lot of areas missed initially and I had to point out every place (blinds, windows, basement, some baseboards, refrigerator...) for them clean that area. After they cleaned, I still had to clean a lot of areas - kitchen tiles, stove, refrigerator, tiles in the bathroom to name a few. Although they were friendly and patient, the quality of work is amateurish.

"Thank you for providing feedback on our services performed. I was able to get detail from our staff that performed the estimate as well the cleaning service. It was mentioned that the agreed-upon services prior to the date of service were changed once the cleaning began. There is a difference between basic cleaning and deep cleaning. Baseboards for example are not a part of basic clean agreed-. There would have been a different price quoted. I apologize for any confusion and have upon provided more extensive training regarding consultations."
