North Pointe Remodeling

After looking at the proposed project, Mr. Guilloz provided a detailed and accurate written estimate. Once we accepted his estimate, he gave us an estimated date for start of construction, which held up and became the actual start date. Before starting work, he laid out several schemes for the location of the accent band so that we could visualize them and then select the one we liked best. During the project, Mr. Guilloz suggested that the appearance of the backsplash edging around the window could be improved by some additional work to square up the drywall at the corner of the window sill. We agreed on the cost for this additional work on the spot and now that it is all finished, the additional amount was money well spent! He and his workers were very conscientious about maintaining a clean work site and protecting our new kitchen countertop and our floors. The project was finished on time and for the agreed price. My wife and I are very pleased with the finished project and Mr. Guilloz’s workmanship.

Wonderful. Chuck does just about anything you need done inside a house but specializes in bathrooms and kitchens. My downstairs bathroom was down to the studs. I know have new plumbing, electrical, drywall, shower, etc. It's a beautiful room and so much better than what was there previously. I've used Chuck on several jobs, and never been disappointed. He's always my first call when I need to hire someone.

Everything we asked was done to perfection. We had our basement refinished for our children's new playroom. We had the entire basement redone. I have to say that Chuck is a perfectionist and to find a contractor that will do the job the way you as a consumer wants is very hard to find. We found him and I would recommend him to anyone.

It went EXCELLENT!!!! I would recommend him to anyone that's needs any home improvement repairs or new construction. Charles was hallways on time and was so detailed in all that he did. He didn't steer us away from anything that we wanted done. He listened, understood and made it happen. We had a very bad experience with our previous contractor and Charles came in and did everything we asked to perfection. I'm a very detailed oriented person and I'm truly ecstatic about all the repairs. We also have him coming back after the holidays to do more work in other parts of our house. Great job!!!!!!

He does plumbing, electrical, tilework, woodwork, interior brickwork and remodeling. His work is excellent quality.
