Basement Waterproofing
They started the job on 9-10-04. Finished on 09-24-04. I had to call them apx 12 times to get them out. The wall started leaking again on 10-25-04. I called apx 10 times before they came back on 12-02-05, dug up another part of the floor and patched that in apx two hours. Wall still leaked. I called apx 31 times between 12-04-05 and 2-21-05. I called in a police report and called a lawyer between 02-28-05 and 03-08-05. The owner called me 4-27-05 and said I could try caulking the leak. I called apx 13 more times between 6-01-05 and 9-14-05. They would not return my calls when they said they would and never came out when they said they would. I gave up 9-14-05. I will tell any and all never to do business with this firm. I called another waterproofing firm and they fixed the leak for $565 and it's not leaking now.
