Workmanship was excellent, cleanup was performed daily. Final results were excellent in that all repairs blended in with original woodwork on home built in 1916. Bad weather delayed job from expected one week to one month. Original estimate was for $14,000, final price was $21,000; in part due to extensive rafter damage uncovered during tear-off and use of beaded ceiling board not included in original estimate.
