+ -1 moreWorkmanship was excellent, cleanup was performed daily. Final results were excellent in that all repairs blended in with original woodwork on home built in 1916. Bad weather delayed job from expected one week to one month. Original estimate was for $14,000, final price was $21,000; in part due to extensive rafter damage uncovered during tear-off and use of beaded ceiling board not included in original estimate.
Description of Work: Tear off, repair rafters and rafter tails, reroof with new decking of upper roof of house. Repair of eaves & soffits of upper and pent roof to match original beaded ceiling board. Rebuilding of rear porch at kitchen. Repair rafters and reroof flat roof over sunporch. Repair rafters and reroof garage.
