SEARS

Right now my furnace and air conditioner are under warranty through Sears. It was nothing, it?s under warranty. They don?t believe in preventive maintenance. Things have to break down before they fix them. I don?t like that. Responsiveness is pretty good. Just one worker. Was probably here for about 45 minutes.

I think they could use some improvement on their work ethic, I guess. I don?t know how you would describe it. I?m the kind of guy who believes in preventive maintenance. If I see something going bad, I?m going to fix it before it totally goes bad. They don?t do that, it has to totally go bad before they fix it. I don?t like that, because there has been a couple times my furnace went out in the middle of winter and I was freezing my bu** off for a day and a half for them to fix it.

They clean their mess up. They did well in the way they worked, they asked me questions on how my equipment was working and stuff like that. They left everything pretty much the way of when they got here, that?s how they left it. It was clean when they got here, was clean when they left.

They're kind of fair. They were very good at me. They installed it properly. I would use them again in the future.

They were excellent and they were really good. They gave me a really good price and I liked that. They have a guy who speaks English but they have somebody with them that used another language.

It went great.

I had to wait a long time for a salesperson. When I finally did get somebody, everything went fine. They spent a lot of time with me and got me the appliances that I needed. They had a sale going on. The delivery was good. They took care not to knock my walls.

The gentleman that came out told me that it was on recall so I actually contacted the company and they sent me a check to be used for another one. He was very helpful and nice. It didn't cost me anything for him to come out. I would recommend them. For the most part over the years Sears seems to choose very nice people. They called and didn't come out the first time but they called and said they were not going to make it. He was very punctual the second time.

I probably had them come out right away. They sent someone from the local Sears that does repairs on their own products. They were great. It was the most straightforward way to get it fixed which also included the maintenance and everything else that was necessary. I would definitely use their services in the future too.

I liked the prices. I had compared the prices, and they were cheaper. They are close by. I have used them before and never had a complaint. They were on time. They are very professional. I would use them again in the future.

THEY WERE EXCELLENT. THEY ARRIVED ON TIME, THEY WERE FRIENDLY, AND THEY WERE COURTEOUS. THEY HAD THE RIGHT TOOLS AND THE RIGHT PARTS. THEY CLEANED UP AFTER THE JOB WAS FINISHED. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHERS AND HIRE THEM AGAIN IN THE FUTURE.
