The guy was friendly enough. I didn't like his reaction to the baseboard molding in the kitchen - he said he is not a carpenter. So he removed it, damaged it a little bit and then it took forever for him to come back and reinstall it. He had removed it to remove the old dishwasher and install the new dishwasher. It took forever for him to come back and put it back in, like a week. When we called him, he said he didn't remember what we were talking about.

It took a while to find someone, but once I found someone to help, it was great. They delivered the new washer and dryer to my house for free, and took away the old ones.

The designer is fabulous, and has bent over backwards to make what would have been a monumental horror story acceptable. He's done lots of running for me to try and take care of me. If you go into that store, talk to Ken. He cares about his customers. As a heads up, Ken has been out of town for 2 wks training in WI, and my project has gone to a halt. No one else can answer my questions or continue on with the project without Ken. They told me I have an installation manager and I?ve yet to hear from him. If you?re working with anyone else but Ken, be prepared to make constant phone calls!
