FAMOUS MAINTENANCE

We've used Famous Maintenance for years now. They are the best we've ever found in southeast Michigan. Always 100% happy with this company and the people who work for them. We live in a 110 year old house with about 45 huge windows. It's no easy task doing this kind of work on this house, and they always do an A+ job. I'm not filling in cost second, because it's per window and we have oversized windows. I think that price depends entirely upon the size and type of windows.

Provided clean up services prior to a move in after interior renovation. Outstanding job.

They cleaned inside first, then outside. Windows themselves were not bad. However, less than quality work in cleaning the wood around the windows. And, in spite of my reminder the second year, they did not check their work and I had to clean up the mess on each inside window ledge (from the outside cleaning/water seeping through). Will not be using them again.

They do all kinds of cleaning. They waxed and cleaned the basement and they cleaned my woodwork in this new house. I would continue to use their services in the future if necessary.

The owner, Bob, was prompt and courteous when coming out and providing a quote to clean the basement of my home. He gave tips on things I could try myself which I appreciated. His crew arrived promptly as scheduled and were polite and efficient. My basement is large and had not been cleaned in many years. I was hoping that the floor would come out cleaner than it did. However, the crew did make the effort to move some large storage shelves and cleaned well behind what they could move. Overall, things looks and smell much better and I am pleased that Famous Maintenance was able to help me with this project.

Three men arrived on time. Finished the job quickly and efficiently. They were extremely pleasant and polite. The windows look wonderful.

THE PRICE WAS A LITTLE HIGH. THEY ARE A GREAT COMPANY AND VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY RESPONDED RIGHT AWAY TO MY NEEDS. I WILL CONTINUE TO USE THEM IN THE FUTURE AND WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.
