 + -1 moreEvery person I dealt with at Squier Electric was professional, polite, competent and clean, from John who did the inspection and bid to the several electricians who performed the actual work. I got four bids, ranging from $1500.00 to $4000.00. I chose Squier because they responded with top speed and courtesy, accommodated my work schedule, presented the clearest, most detailed bid, made several excellent suggestions (like the under-cabinet lighting and recessed fridge outlet) without trying to up-sell me at every turn. Electricians arrived on schedule, and left their work areas spotless at the end of the day. My initial impression was that the folks at this company were fair-dealing straight-shooters, and I was correct. High level of both skill and integrity. I will certainly return to them for any future electrical needs, and would recommend them without hesitation.
Description of Work: Installed outlets and switches for my major kitchen remodel, including adding a supplemental box for the dishwasher and stove vent fan breakers (neither item was in the original kitchen); installed under-cabinet lighting (gorgeous! the kitchen didn't have this before, and I had no idea what I was missing); installed a recessed outlet for the refrigerator plug; wired my basement root cellar and installed a light in it - yay, now it's a usable storage space!
