It went very well. Doug was professional, courteous and prompt to respond to my call. Whoever wrote the previous review that gave him an F was totally mistaken. It is hard for me to believe that this other customer wrote something so completely opposite of our experience. His family has had this business for years and other websites agree with my report - 4 STARS is good enough for me!
