Hired to do touch up paint and replace broken shakes. What he did was great, but some spots were overlooked, a paint stick was left lying in the grass, and clean up effort was spotty. Hes friendly, knowledgeable, and talented. $500/day seems a trifle high for one person, but I agreed to price going in and am overall happy with the results. [Late note: I have since been informed of the paint and material expense which I had not factored in my initial assessment.] I picked up the stick, raked the paint chips, and he has agreed to revisit the missing spots.] All-in-all I would have him back again.
