Went to the newly opened Novi store in search of a pair of leather recliners....store was a bit crowed but we had to seek out a sales person after not being approached for 15 minutes while we tested the various chairs for comfort. 
We eventually settled on the chairs we wanted and were working with the sales rep to finalize the deal when all the other "surprises" started to happen.  We had to pay for them to bring the chairs to their store for pick up from the warehouse in Illinois.  They would take them out of the box and make sure they were working properly but wouldn't help us load them or put back in the boxes upon pick up.  We would have had to bring our own packaging materials too.  They were basically trying to force us to pay $100 extra per chair for home delivery....that soured us and we did not complete the purchase and walked out.  Not customer focused at all.  VERY disappointed in their sales approach....too bad because the chairs themselves were very nice.

Great non pushy sales people. When we picked out the style we liked, the salesperson helped us find an available fabric for the model based on color preferences. The stain blocker/extended warranty options were given to us, but we never felt pressured into the options we took. It took only a little under two weeks for us to get the call that it was ready for delivery. The delivery guys showed up on time, put it in place in the living room and took away all of the wrapping when done.
