The carpet tiles went well, with the exception of one area were the seems need to be redone. The wall started out good but the cement was used not mortar to perge the wall and need to be chipped out and redone. That turned out great after the first set back. Tile in mop room looks great as well.
As for the refinish of the wood floors. Frank did not show up when he promised to be here on multiple occasion. I even took the day off work to meet with him and help and he did not show up. The next day he promised to be here and even called to say he was just picking stuff up and he was in another city a hundred miles away and never showed. He took a deposit for this job and now I need to chase him for that money back.
