Roofing
It went very well. Doug came to my house quickly to provide an estimate. He could not tell how long the job would take, since it was a little unusual and not easily accessible (plus I have a metal roof), but he gave me an hourly rate. It took a little longer than expected for his crew to arrive--probably because we had a flood and lots of people needed emergency help--but when they did come, they got right to it and were done in about half a day. I am very pleased.
