I feel their fees are reasonable, that is why I am still with them. I go to a particular branch on Beverly Road and they all know me, I know all of them. They are fantastic, just wonderful. They know me by name. They answer my questions nearly immediately, their follow up is awesome. I never have an issue, and if I do, it's handled within a day. Actually they have almost everything online, they have my bills online, I can check all my accounts online and I can transfer between my accounts online. They do have a mobile app ( inaudible 06:50.9) which I use. I should think there are things that they can improve on their mobile apps, perhaps more memo features, so we know why we are needing money, or just small improvements like that. But I think they are pretty good.

Started Okay, gave them the requested information and provided our deadline for the closing. 20 days after the appraisal, they still are requesting one piece of insignificant information at a time, never keep me updated and are requiring me to renegotiate the closing date with the seller. I've been a bank member for 10 years and have both my personal and business accounts. There has not been one reason for the delay other than their own delay. I will probably finish the loan with them and then close out all my accounts and go elsewhere. Very disappointing!
