DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! Their work is simply unprofessional and shoddy and their customer service is rude and condescending. I am embarrassed for neighbors to see my new driveway. I have to call another company out to fix their work because they refuse to return. When talking to the customer service representative, Lisa, she was condescending and dismissive. She actually said, “ as a home owner, you need to ask questions to find out what you are getting before the work starts.” They never gave me an opportunity to talk with them before they started the work! I knew the day they would arrive, but not the time . By the time I realized they were here, the work was complete. The pictures demonstrate how sloppy and professional their work is!

My initial response was with regard to the roughness of new asphalt and the lack of smoothness at the top. Visually not appealing at first, the new asphalt seems to have survived the winter quite well. The asphalt seems to have that sturdy and robust look at the top. I have nothing to complain about Alan's Asphalt. I would recommend them to anyone looking for professionalism and responsiveness in asphalt paving.

New driveway to replace gravel

They did an excellent job. The coating was put on the driveway in a very clean manner (no slopping) and they made sure to cover every square inch of my regular drive and circle drive. After over a year, the crack fill hasn't sunken or separated. I will definitely be using them again.

Excellent. Quality was good, service and scheduling was good. On time, site prep and clean up was excellent. Will use again as neeeded. Price was within dollars of competitive pricing I received.
