I scheduled an appointment for them to come out diagnose my problems. They arrived early and got to work right away. They found my pump motor bearings had seized up and the replaced the motor. Work was complete within two hours of their arrival. The weather was terrible, 4 degrees and they work right through it. About 2 hours later I last pressure again. Called them and they came back out and found where a piece of insulation got caught between the contacts. They cleaned it out and everything started working again. They were very helpful gave me a brief lesson on how do minor maintenance. Really, liked their services and would hire them again.

After a morning phone call to request service I was promised same day response and got it. The 2 man crew was courteous and knowledgeable. They stocked all the parts needed right on the truck and were able to replace the pitless unit on my well with no delay. After that was completed they went under the house to set the proper pressure at the tank and limit switch. Before leaving they were careful to check that the system was working as it should and they cleaned up all evidence of any work having been done.

It was pretty good. They did a good job.

The older gentleman was rude and did not want to shake my hand and was rude to my husband after he found out we were from TX not Black River, MI.  Did not make us free welcomed even if we are "outsiders".  The younger group of guys were great to work with!!  Overall being in a small community we have no other good well contractors to work with for miles around and they were the most reliable company by word of mouth recommendations.

I've worked with them a couple of times recently and I've been very happy with them. We had a trouble with the well at my fathers home. We called them and they came out and they stuck to their schedule. They were willing to meet me at the home and the house was empty at the time. They did a great job. I was really happy with that and we listed the property for sale. We needed some more additional well work done for water testing and they were very accommodating. They showed up within one day and chlorinated the well and gave me the instructions on how to run the water through the lines and everything, so that they would not have to come back and charge me for a second trip. I was really happy with that. They had to come about 25 to 30 miles, it's an hours drive from their business to where the work was, so I was really happy with that plus their time involved. I thought that was really reasonable. Their price was really reasonable.

I was without water on Wednesday, as my pressure tank could not work correctly.  The plumber told me to contact a well service to check out why. 
I made my original contact in person the next morning on my way to work, gave them the details, they came that SAME morning, once I got home & found I had too much air leaking in (water level too low) so pressure tank could not work correctly. They jerry-rigged a temporary solution so I could have water until they could get their equipment to my home the next day to dig the new well. 
They got the health dept to ok the digging of the new well just before they did the work on Friday afternoon, Monday I had the new well head in and connected and had water again.  All this was going on while my husband was in the ICU and I was driving 1 1/2 hours downstate to be with him daily. They understood my stress level and were so helpful and respectful of my time and situation.  I was comfortable having them at my house doing the work, without my being there. 
I can't tell you what a comfort it was to have a reliable and trustworthy and reasonably priced contractor doing the work!   They are the BEST!!
