+ -1 moreI was very pleased with the service. My deadbolt was repaired and works better than it did when first installed years ago. The repairman was pleasant and efficient.
Description of Work: I called George's Lock Shop to inquire if he covered my area. He asked me what I needed and after I told him I need my deadbolt repaired he said he could be there in an hour. I asked what he charged and he told me the service call charge was $55. Considering how far away he was from me I thought it was fair. He showed up as he said he would and charged me $55 for the service call, $17.25 for parts and $6.00 for labor, a vary fair price considering he drove 40 miles to get to my house. He was pleasant, professional and I am very pleased with the work. I would use George's Lock Shop again. Living in the north woods means everything is far away. I expected to have to schedule a service call for a future date. What a pleasant supprise to have my lock in perfect working order within 2 hours of my phone call.
