All appointments and calls were done in a timely manner. Serviceman came out within 24 hours of my call and had the boiler installed two days later. They removed the old boiler and took it away. Cleaned up the work area when done. If he could not be there as planned he always called before the appointed time to reschedule. Good followup by office staff as well as service staff. Serviceman called several days later to be sure boiler was operating without problems. Very, very pleased with overall experience.

Crew arrived on time, explained what they were going to do. We ran into a couple of difficulties, the team explained what they were going to do and did it. Professional and very supportive. Original sales guy came and measured, included all details into his P.C. and provided the best option in model and size. So far - very happy with the experience.

They were on time, efficient, worked quietly and were reasonably priced. Will definitely call them back for any heating concerns.
About 15 years ago,we had them change out a high efficiency furnace to a slightly lower efficiency furnace as the h.e. one kept freezing up on us in the unheated garage. The one they installed has worked wonderfully ever since. Too bad we didn't know about CPH heating when we needed that new furnace the first time.
The first contractor we had should have known the high efficiency furnace he sold us would freeze up in the unheated garage. But maybe he did, thinking he'd get more business out of us. We never did business with that first contractor again.

Before I say this be aware that the HEATING contractors are excellent for CPH but the plumbing not so much.
I had a new bathroom faucet installed and a repair to a pipe in crawl space that broke apart. This work was GOOD BUT this young plumber admitted he's uncomfortable working with the old cast iron pipes under the house, has little experience and works mainly with the pvc. He kept pressuring me to replace them all for $3 K because he claimed they rust on the inside, clog up and then break apart knowing I was a woman alone (husband in hospital ICU).
The house is 50 years old, I've lived in older homes with older cast iron pipes and never had the problem. He just wasn't trained to work with cast iron and told him that just because he wasn't trained to work with it, I'm not about to dish out $3K to change my pipes over. H e got angry but kept up pressuring me and telling me horror stories of what could happen. At that point I asked him to give me the bill and leave. He still kept talking but did give me the bill so I could write out the check. He kept up the pressure, kept repeating the horror stories and I just ignored it all, wouldn't say a word back. I walked him out but he still didn't stop the pressure. I WILL NOT have any plumbing done by CPH again. HOWEVER I WILL call CPH back for any heating issues - done business with them for over 15 years and they do an excellent job.
