Very poor quality work! I would not hire Madison Maintenace LLC. The masonry work they did on my porch popped and cracked. The house masonry mortar color did not match or even come close to blending. When I spoke to Mike Denomme he said he would take care of the problems, but he never did. In my opinion, if you hire this company, you are throwing your money away!

Poor quality work. Had some tuck pointing done. Never called , just showed up. As a result I had the water spigot and plug turned off. As a result did a p*** poor job. Broke the spigot and porch was falling apart in less then a year. Would not use them again. Over priced.

Madison maintenance is an established cement repair contractor in this area. They did the work we contracted for on schedule and were pleasant to deal with. I would hire them again.

Went well, they did it quick, but they did not come back and clean up something they said they would do.  And they were also just bad with site cleanup, lots of cigarette butts in gutters and debris in gutters and in flowerbeds.

It turned out very well and I am happy with the work. They were very nice.

Madison maintenance did a decent job tuckpointing our house. I cannot give them an A because we had to call them back several times to fix spots they had ground out but not repaired.  It was difficult to see some of these in bright sunlight, so I somewhat understood, but they are professionals and should be able to keep track of where they're working on a wall.  We also found some of the workers to be less than professional....some were quite loud, and didn't seem to know what they were doing. In addition, something fell while they were working and broke a block window in our basement, which they repaired for no charge, though it took them multiple tries, as it leaked the first time.
On the plus side, the lead worker came back promptly each time we called, and was very pleasant.  
I would use them again, but I'd make sure to check all their work.

Vendor was very responsive.  Arrived to begin work the day following phone conversation.  Worked quickly and efficiently and I was very pleased with the results.  Price was a pleasant surprise.

The work they did was of good quality, but it was a challenge to get them to complete the job. It took them twice as long to finish the job as they told us it would take, and we had to call them multiple times to get them to get the work done. They also charged us for more than they initially quoted us. They set expectations that they did not meet. We were disappointed overall.

Estimate same day as requested and had an agreement for scope of work within a day of initial contact.  Workers were on site the following day and work was completed in three days.  Very professional; very polite and work well done.

Very well. Work started on time but was delayed for one week due to weather. Pillars were broken down and removed the same day. Next the concrete was poured and stamped; however the sealant wasn't applied due to heavy rain fall. Cleanup was done immediately following all work.

The worked well, fast, cleaned and did a fine job. I would defintely recommend them.

Showed up for work soon after signed contract submitted, although we had no notice of the time or date they would appear. Crew doing porch work were excellent. Needed a redo on a misaligned brick they had replaced on outside wall.. Waited several weeks for redo. Did not use the appropriate brick for replacement. Clean up poor.

The job was well worth more than $1100. They did excellent work! They gave me a 24-hour notice as to when they would arrive, and they arrived 15 minutes before start time. They said it would take approximately 6 hours to complete the work and it ended up taking about 6 hours and 45 minutes. The job was exactly what I wanted and Madison Maintenance exceeded my expectations!

They are wonderful and I like that they are local. They responded quickly and did the job quickly. They were clean, neat, efficient, and very professional. The young man that owns it, Jason, was really a nice guy.

They did a very good job. We had about five quotes and they had the best price. They were very respectful of our landscaping and took extra care to put everything back the way it was. They even put the mulch back around the plants when they had to move it.
