Very on top of everything - the tenant selection process, the legal procedures with the city, contract writing, property management during the lease, maintenance tasks, etc. The staff may seem pushy at first, but that is because of their long experience and knowledge. As the property owner, I was hands off and let the management company do its work.

I am new to Grosse Pointe Park (as a Landlord) and I have to say that Anna and her staff have been much more than a business partner, the team is ALWAYS willing to go the extra mile (contractor recommendation, legal advice, etc...) to satisfy their clients.
