Dry Cleaning Service
Took 3 tapestries to be cleaned. They lost them for several weeks. The owner called me this morning and said they found them. When I went to pick them up, it took them 10 minutes to locate them. They were going to charge me full price ($55), but when I asked if there was a discount for losing them for several weeks, they said, "OK, $50". Worse yet, they weren't clean, there were still water spots on the fabric. I bought a spot remover and just finished cleaning them myself.
