I contracted Dan-Scapes for their basic 2" or greater snow removal service for my rental house (duplex) in Grosse Pointe Park. Note that you can pay extra for priority service. I called 5 or 6 services and Dan's prices were the same or, in most cases, lower. I am very happy with the service, especially considering this was the worst winter in recorded history. I did not observe the actual snow removal myself and was not aware of the timing but my tenants were satisfied and, when asked about the service on several occasions, said they were relatively prompt. I did observe the completed job several times and the property was cleared very well. Extra points for the fact that this property is a challenge because there isn't much space to pile snow where it isn't in the way. Dan is also very friendly and courteous. I would definitely recommend this service.
