ARBOR PRO TREE SVC INC

They are very good. They've really done an excellent job. The tree in front of my hose had something I thought was apple scab but I called the manager and asked him if he would call Arbor. When they were out here to take a look and see what needs to be done with the tree in front of my house Dan comes out but he calls me directly and he explains that it was apple scab and they can't do anything about it now and they have to wait until spring.

I have written them twice and I did not get any call or anything. I would never use them again. I used them because they have a certified arborist on staff, but the arborist was not there at the time of trimming. They just sent out a bunch of 18 year olds who sat around and partied in my front yard. They were just climbing this shrub and he was breaking branches. In one of my trees, I was asking them to cut the dead wood out and they said that they were done. I pointed out to them that there were still branches that were dead and they said that they were not until I literally had to climb on top of my fence and climb the tree myself and stump some of them off to show them that they were dead. Then, they trimmed it, but they were not happy because they just wanted to go home. They said that if I would give them a few bucks, they will do, on the side without telling their boss, additional trimming for me. I asked them if they were doped. I do not think that was cool.
