As above. Susan came over ahead of time to get to meet our dog & we took him for a walk together. We used a harness so she would feel more secure since he tends to pull when he walks. House and pets did very well under Susan's care.

Boots an Australian Shepard " not an easy going breed" is 10 yrs old. She always lived in the country running free and now she lives in the city on a leash and concrete. Big Change! Patience and thoughtfulness was required and provided by Susan.
