Overall experience was terrible. Mike is a nice guy but he did not live up to his promises, he did not perform anything resembling quality work. Mike promised that once he started he would have the project completed in "about two weeks", three months into the project later we were still without working kitchen functions. There were many things done improperly and very poor quality or no attention to details. We did not have him do our floor, we finished that ourselves. We pulled most the kitchen cabinets back off and recut the "fill" pieces so they were straight cuts, we had to move three electrical outlets one of which he installed under a panel. We hired a professional to install our appliances to fix the problems Mike created, at at cost to us of $675. There are numerous cracks in our cabinetry because he did not drill pilot holes. When installing our warming drawer he cracked the drawer face and left it. He also left drywall mud all over our cabinets. And on and on and on.
