When I called, the responder said that it would a minimum of $100.00. I thought that was way too expensive and in retrospect I should have called around more. But I was desperate and wanted to be in my house. The responder said they would call me when they were near. However, the locksmith came in about 40 minutes, no phone call. Then he realized he brought the wrong tools and needed to go back to the shop to get the right ones. About 15-20 minutes later, he returned. It took about 5 minutes to get the lock open. I thought maybe I would get a discount since he brought the wrong tools, but no. The work was done and the locksmith was nice, but I feel $100.00 is absolutely ridiculous. I would not recommend this company.

"Our Emergency Service calls normally run $75.00 - $85.00 during normal business hours (9:00 - 5:00) and start at $100.00 after hours. We never know if we will be able to "pick" someone in or have to drill the lock in which case an added charge would be for replacing the lock. I would love to discuss this matter with you over the phone please call..Had you called the next day or even that day and talked to us we would have worked out the "discount" you were referring to.."

I bought a new home and needed to have the locks re-keyed. One lock was old and had to be worked on a little more. Locksmith arrived right when he said he would and did a great job. I am very happy with his work.

They we're prompt and fast. The guys that came in even advised me where to go to get the garage door keys since they were unable to rekey the lock. Great service.

I wasn't actually here when they came but my in-laws let the locksmith in. They said he did a good job and had no complaints. Was a fairly easy and quick process.

It was well worth it. They were very attentive and got out there right away. They were very courteous. I would use them again in a heartbeat. Their price was fair. They just worked; they get in there and fixed the problem.

I think the call is $35, it is $15 for a normal key hole and a profile lock is $25 per key hole. An emergency call is $95. They were very good and an "A" across the board. They met me at the condo and they ran into a problem with one of the locks so the work took longer than they expected. I go to their store and pay them for the work, then they give me the keys I've ordered.

My purse was stolen with my keys and address in it. I called Village Locksmith at about 8:00 to re-key my locks that night. The locksmith was at my house and my locks were re-keyed before 11:00 - possibly a great deal before that but I have lost track of the exact timing of everything that night. The locksmith was very professional and was in and out in less than a half hour. My new keys work very well. They let me come in the next day to pay for the re-keying. They charge by the job with an additional charge for each keyhole that is re-keyed. I have 3 keyholes re-keyed.

QUALITY OF WORK WAS OK, BUT THE TECH WAS VERY RUDE AND IMPATIENT WITH MY WIFE. SAID HE HAD TO WAIT TOO LONG TO VERIFY JOB COMPLETE. A LETTER TO THE COMPANY WAS SENT, REQUESTING AN APOLOGY FOR RUDENESS. NO COMMENT SO FAR (LETTER WAS JUST MAILED YESTERDAY). WE'LL LET YOU KNOW IF ANY FURTHER ACTION IS EXPERIENCED.

THEY DID A VERY GOOD JOB. I THOUGHT THAT THEY WERE VERY HONEST ABOUT THE PRICES. THEY WERE VERY NICE AND ALWAYS SMILING. ALL OF THE WORK THAT THEY DID WAS MORE THAN SATISFACTORY.
