Fireplace Service, Interior Design and Decorating
Do not do business with this company. It is owned by a man by the name
of Peter Pone. I found this company when purchasing a gas log set. The
company was listed on the Eiklor Flames website as an authorized
dealer. I contacted Mr. Pone in October 2013 and ordered a set of
Eiklor Flames gas logs. I paid Mr. Pone and he cashed my check. After a
month I had not received the product. Mr. Pone then would not reply to
my emails, calls or voice mail. I have spoken with the people at
Eiklor and they have not been able to get a response from Mr. Pone
either. They told me his credit card has been denied and he will not
return their calls or emails. If you would like to verify this you can
call me at 810-404-7801. This is being posted by a legitimate consumer,
not a disgruntled employee or competitor. Mr. Pone is a crook and a
con artist. DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID!
