 + -1 moreInstallation was done in a timely manner. However, within the first year two trees died one tree was replaced and the second tree has not been replaced. I have been calling going on two (2) years and have been told they would take care of it. So far nothing has been done. You do not talk to the owner you talk to Tom O'Brian who talks a good story but does not act. I called and talked to him on Friday, May 25, 2018 and he said he would return my call within 20 minutes and I have not heard back from him since. I have attempted to contact him and there is no answer and messages are not returned. Often times the mail box is full. Not sure what happened to this company but I would not recommend them for any work, they do not stand behind their product. I used them for grass cutting at one time but again would not contract with them again. I cannot remember the cost of the service or the exact date so I did not include cost and estimated the date.
Description of Work: Cleaned up and installed 9 arborvitae along fence.

 + -1 moreI needed some landscaping done. They gave me a quote, I signed it & sent it in. Then silence. No dates were scheduled, phone calls were not returned. Luckily, no money was lost! I have no idea if the do good work, however their communication is non-existent!

Description of Work: started the project late, added additional fees in without discussing (fee to use credit card) no after the job follow up. The spruce that I paid $500 for is dying along with other plants.
