Garry brings his projects in on-time and on-budget.  He is an excellent project manager and has developed a strong team of subcontractors who all respect his professionalism and know that he holds them to the same high standards as he holds himself.

He was an absolute joy to work with.  He is extremely honest and absolutely reliable.  

Garry was not the lowest bidder on my first build, but after talking to him I knew that I would get value for my money . . . and I did!  He totally stands behind his work and will make anything right even years after the project is complete.  Case in point:  we just sold our second house.  During the inspection the buyer was told the roof wasn't installed properly.  I called Garry.  He came out.  Turns out that he used a newer technology that provided better protection than the older technology the inspector (who left the contracting business years ago) knew about.  

When I called him, he was out the next day so our sale could go through.  Just one example of why I would recommend Garry as a builder to anyone.
