Paid cash. Dirt is flowing through my pipes and I cannot use the water in my house. The brand new water heater is rusting. Water is flowing out of the FURNACE. I have email everyone in the company and visited the actual storefront 10 TIMES and they will not help me. I live alone and I have nowhere to go. I am afraid that the furnace is going to blow up. PLEASE help me

I had sewer drain to street plug up and called them for help.  Two young guys work on it with a sewer snake for a while with a small head on it,  But no luck and said I would have to have a backhoe come in and replace the pipe to the street because I must have tree roots in it.  I hired a backhoe and he started digging six foot from the house and took a section of pipe out.  The only problem was right there.The pipe had a gob of toilet paper was all. If they would have used the large head on the sewer snake it would have cleared it out.  I paid the back hoe man a $800. and  he suggested I find a different plumber.  I took the section of pipe to Parker and Arntz and showed the manger but He Didn't Believe me. They charged me $250. and I had to pay $800. for a backhoe that was unnecessary and now my yard is all tore up.  Some of there employees are ok, but I found there that are not. Find a small local plumber, that is what I am doing next time.

The company representatives came as promised, and on time.  Work was completed in a timely manner.
