Great experience with perfect work. He spent about 6 hours on the job, having to move some slate we set up wrong, and everything looks crisp and perfect. Did not increase the price he quoted even with extra work. He was punctual and cleaned everything up. Would highly recommend him and will use again for any future needs.

Tilman is a wonderful man, mentor and craftsman. I could not have asked for better service at a great price, especially during crunch time right before Christmas. Purchasing a used table, that was unassembled, I really had no idea what I was getting into. Watching Tilman and Brendan for over four hours really opened my eyes to the detail that is needed for a table to be it's best, and mine is. If your table needs anything, do yourself a favor and call Tilman!

Tilman worked extremely hard reassembling this table, making sure everything was level and perfect. I was truly amazed at how diligent he was, with such attention to detail. Highly recommend.

I chose this provider because of the Angie's List ratings/recommendations. It took a bit of phone tag to set up the appointment and the provider was most concerned about getting the project done ASAP, which I appreciated. He was prompt and did bring along an associate because we needed the slate lifted off the table to get to the runners. He was very thorough in removing the old staples and scraps to prep the surface. He is very knowledgeable and professional. He was very engaging and willing to answer any questions we had about the process and the finished work. The provider was conscientious in making sure he didn't leave a mess and was concerned that we were very satisfied with the quality of the work, which we definitely are. The table looks great, the runners do exactly what they're supposed to do and we are happy to say we have a "quiet" table for the first time in a long time. The provider took the extra time needed to be sure it is level and "regulation." This was a great experience and I would recommend the provider to anyone need billiard table service. We will also call on him again should we need anything else.

First-class work all around. Tillman and his assistant took the table apart, loaded it in their trailer and moved it from Rockford to Grand Rapids. The put new felt on when they re-assembled it and it plays like a dream. If you are going to move a pool table, you really need people who know what they are doing and they fit the bill.

The two man crew navigated a very difficult staircase, damaging nothing. Spent seven hours installing with new cushions and cloth---absolutely gorgeous--beyond all expectations, especially for a 1950's table--and at a price much lower than the only real competition in mid-Michigan--cannot praise them enough.

Returned initial call within 24 hours and was out the next day to look at the project. Completed within time frame I had and did an excellent job. Responded to all communications with questions within 24 hours, also. Friendly and pleasant.

The table arrived with damages; not due to shipping but because it was boxed so poorly. It arrived on a skid with the 3 piece slate not boxed at all. Luckily the damages were cosmetic and not structural so we were able to accept shipment. The company from which we purchased the table compensated us for the damages. Tillman assembled and installed the table but not without issues. The slate was not matched and he had to "go the extra mile" to get a perfectly level playing field. The rails were pre-drilled incorrectly and he had to make modifications. All in all, it took 8.5 hours of labor for the install, partly due to the table defects and partly due to the fact that he took his time and graciously explained the details of his work to a family of curious onlookers (us). When he was finished, a family friend, who has been an avid tournament pool player for over 40 years played the first game on the table. He was extremely impressed with the table and playing field which was a great compliment to Tillman because of the caliber of our friends pool playing abilities. We are extremely impressed with Tillman's work ethic and his abilities in the pool table installation trade.

Tillman was very responsive and honest. He charged what he said he would charge and the work quality was excellent.

Took about 3 plus hours and they did a fantastic job!
