I came in to have two rear tires replaced. Chris showed me some options, the most helpful being a model that was equal in quality and type to what I had on the front of my car and another that was a step up in price and quality, one of the main differences being stronger winter traction capabilities. I chose to go with the second option. We discussed that my front tires were currently in good shape, but that I could keep an eye on them over the summer for wear and tear and in the fall could decide if I wanted to add two new front tires. The important thing was that my choices gave me a sense of safety, which was the ultimate goal of my tire purchase.
After discussing my needs with Chris, I inadvertently mentioned I would like some windshield cleaner fluid added. After the tires were put on, my car underwent a serious alignment and balancing of tires. I was pleased that with the new tires added and the balancing done, I would be safer driving my car. Only after leaving Belle, did I remember that I had asked to have windshield cleaner added. I checked, and was pleasantly surprised when I saw that this minor detail had been taken care of. So, to sum up, I had a great experience with Chris and Belle Tire regarding the and quot;bigand quot; things - the things the store is supposed to do - but also with the and quot;smalland quot; things - close attention to customer need, however minor.

Kevin, was my sales person who was very helpful and wanting to work with me through all the problem I had with trying to get the car to him on time. I called at 8:00 am and he had me scheduled to be in the shop by 9:00 am but my car did not start he was flexible and made the new appt for 10:00 am and had all services done by 11:30 with an alignment check also. I would go back for service agian.
