We, an apartment complex, hired Northern Sealcoating to reseal and strip our parking lot. On the day they were supposed to begin I had cars towed that had not been moved. Then they were late. After 15 minutes I contacted them and was assured they were on their way. After an hour I contacted them and was told because of the equipment they use they had to drive slowly. After 2 hours I contacted them again and was told they were stopped by MDOT (Michigan Department of Transportation). After 3 hours I contacted them again and was once again told they were on there way and was assured that they would have all their work completed.. I contacted them again after 4 hours and left a message. After 4 HOURS they showed up. They offered no excuses, and did not finish what we were told they were going to. As an apartment complex we have tenants that were inconvenienced. This company made me, as the manager, look stupid and incompetent. This was a nightmare and complete joke. I would highly NOT recommend using this company! DO NOT USE THEM!
