GRAYLING AUTO REPAIR

My parents have been using Grayling auto repair for many many years. I recently moved to Grayling Michigan and have been using this repair shop with great satisfaction over the past five years. Wayne and Katrina are very friendly And professional. I am extremely satisfied with the work that they have done on our three vehicles and would highly recommend them to anyone

I called up Grayling Auto Repair in the morning and they had my car in and working on it that afternoon. They gave me a ride to my mother's house to wait while the car was being worked on, and by the end of the work day it was finished.

They came to the car, took to the shop, and reprogrammed the remote key. I called at 4pm, and they came out within a half hour and gave me a ride home. My car was ready next morning.

I,ve been using Grayling Auto repair for 10 years now. I won't take my vehicles anywhere else. The repairs are done correctly and at a fair price.

I left the vehicles at Grayling Auto and was provided transportation home by the staff. I was given an estimated time frame for completion of the work and cost for both vehicles estimated at $575. A few hours later I was contacted and all the problems were outlined in detail and approximate cost for the Denali. I approved the work. About an hour later I was called and the process was repeated for my wife;s Tahoe. The total cost for both vehicles was estimated at $400. The main savings was from my wife's vehicle since they found that the rear windshield wiper motor was not bad, but that the fuse needed to be replaced.
When we picked up the vehicles and paid the bill I was given an itemized list and cost of the repairs and everything was explained to my satisfaction. I am, and always have been, completely satisfied with the service I have received from Wayne and the staff at Grayling Auto Repair. This shop is the only one I trust our vehicles to. They are far better than, and less costly than the local Chevrolet dealer (sometimes by hundreds of dollars). The staff is also available for emergencies after hours. I have never seen anything but professional effort and results from this repair facility. I would recommend them to anyone with any vehicle foreign or domestic.

We've been taking our cars to Grayling Car Care for about 4 years and have been very satisfied. When we had a ball bering go bad Neil showed us the part (with bimetal corrosion), and was very honest about the work we needed done. The don't do unnecessary repairs and their rates our reasonable. We also take the cars there for routine oil changes. All in all we are very satisfied.

I made the appointment 4 days in advance. When I dropped off the car they gave me a ride back home and picked me up when it was done. I was told it would take approx 4 hours. It took 6 but there were several issues that arose. I was called and the problems explained, time line explained and an estimate of $475 given. All replaced parts were shown to me and each explained. No after market parts were used and the vehicle was cleaned inside. I have been taking my vehicles to Wayne for over 20 years and have never had a problem. I trust this shop and have never had a repair fail.
