Plumbing
They were really great. They explained to us what they were doing and why, told us what was working, and made sure we knew they'd come back if we had more problems in the future. They also arrived right when they said they would (and even called the day before to get directions because we live in a really, really rural area). What I liked best was definitely the effort they put into explaining how the disposal worked and what they were doing, though.

Dan had done some previous work for us, installing a new fawcet in the kitchen and unclogging a toilet. He is always so friendly and nice. He is willing to work around and through any milestones and does it without grumbling. He just always knows exactly what to do and does it without fanfare.
