Roofing
The day after they finished I've had issues and they have been out doing repairs. They shingles are blowing off in only 30-40 mph winds. The shingles are heavy duty and supposed to withstand 135 mph winds. The shingles that blew off only had 4 of the 6 required nails. The furnace exhaust was put on crooked so they had to tear up shingles to fix it. I have had multiple leaks over the past three years around the chimney and other vents of which they have come out and "fixed" many times.
