Showed great vision for my project. Was able to take what we had asked for, and translate it into renderings to allow us to see what the finished product would look like. Finished product looked just like the renderings that we seen before project started. Very happy with the skill level of the people who did the actual work. I would highly recommend to any friends or family looking for landscape help.

I had a very good interaction with this pro and he was respectful of social distancing, but I have yet to hear back from him since then, which is the reason for my incomplete rate.

They were timely and they did a very good job

Just moved in and lawn was a mess. Using north woods helped to reinvigorate my lawn and now it looks great!

The landscaping work was wonderful, and solved my water drainage issues. Communication is poor, with me having to request information on scheduling constantly. I think they were a bit overwhelmed with work and kind of bounced between jobs trying to keep everyone happy. Lawn maintenance has been good, and the crew has been conscientious about closing gates to keep the dogs in. Request to pay as work is completed, otherwise you may pay monthly for services you didn't get. Lawn fertilizer was subcontracted to another company and was never completed.

The quote was better than 2 other companies and the work was completed within the week. Did a great job at removing the shrubs around my house. Thank you!

Was quoted for slit seeding, what they did was lay top soil and grass seed covered with straw. After seeding and re-seeding still have little grass. After 4 attempts over a 2 week period trying to contact they told me I was "#100 on their list and will get to me when they can" and accused me of harassment.

Justine...the owner is pleasent , he knows his profession and is very educated in his field of work. He articulates well to the customer what needs to be done. His staff also is well educated and works fast as a team. I also hired a young man to come at a later date to help plant more flowers and bulbs. I plan on hiring them in the fall to trim and seperate some of the plants. I also plan to hire them in the spring to provide a larger project. I would promote their business to all. The business did a great job and I am very pleased. My garden looks beautiful.!!

My greatest disappointment is that my landscaper had his own company, and so every decision was based on HIS knowledge alone! He planted some plants is did NOT ask for and didn't want. And the ones I wanted him to plant, he did not even know the BEST place to plant them. He planted them where I suggested (but I'm not the professional here), and it turns out that he didn't even know where the best place to plant the plants I wanted was, because they were planted in a spot where they did not get enough sun OR dry enough weather. So they died. They were my FAVORITES of all the plants.

Justin was extremely prompt and professional during both the estimating and implementation phases. He did a lot of little things during the work, and after, that really weren't in his scope that made for a very complete and professional result. Before coming to the ServicePro site, I had called 2 landscape companies and they both failed to show up even to do an estimate. Justin, from Northwoods Greenscapes was right on time and did the job exactly as he said he would. I recommend him highly!
