Spoelstra Pools is where you go for a lifetime investment. Tim was wonderful at managing the project and my wife and I. He always asked what we wanted first, then would offer his perspective on what others have done based on their 60+ years of experience. The pool and hot tub is over built so you can use it continuously with low maintenance. Concrete Pools (and hot tubs) are so much easier and for a family that likes to entertain we definitely made the right choice in Spoelstra. As always, Spoelstra's did exactly what was requested and did so on a timely and punctual basis. We have used many pool service companies in the Grand Rapids area over the years and Spoelstra's does the best job overall by far. We trust them because of the quality of service,m credibility, and professionalism. If a lesser scope of work can be done to handle issues they always try to perform the least expensive option.

I called and I was told that it would be $200. A friend of mine was over and looked at the light and took it apart and noticed that the gasket was not properly put in and leaked water and jumped the fusebox. He reset the gasket, reset the light and it works fine.
What a racket to keep this type of repair revenue stream flowing. I presented them with the facts and they denied it.

Great company. They opened our pool as well and fixed some broken piping. They were very professional and timely, especially considering it was a busy time of the year for them. Great company for the cost.
