For our first home purchase, we didn't realize the depth of trust we would need in a real estate agent. Thankfully, Marilyn proved immediately to be upfront, honest, loyal, and a true go-getter. She showed the utmost patience as we looked at a number of homes in the Heritage Hill / Eastown / East Hills area; she went out of her way to get to know these neighborhoods for us. She let us direct the amount of time we spent in a home and never pushed us into a decision, but was always available to honestly answer any questions we had, whether it was in a home, on the phone, email, or text. She made the process fun and safe. 
The sellers didn't entirely disclose a major issue with our home, which we discovered after we had closed. She went back to the sellers and fought for us, saving us thousands in the end. Even though her "job" was technically done. In fact, Marilyn continues to make herself available to us as new homeowners, even if we just need a recommendation for a new plumber or simply don't know who to call about a chimney question! She'll find someone and her experience in buying and selling and fixing up homes means she has years and years worth of connections at our disposal.
